Is Infragence AI really no-app? Do my workers download anything?

How does it feed my ERP like Tally or SAP?
Infragence AI is a feeder, not a replacement. It prepares clean, three-way-matched entries — RA bills, GRNs, reorder notes, ledger lines — and a human on your team reviews and posts them into the accounting or ERP system you already trust. The AI does the typing; your finance team keeps the pen. Nothing is ever posted to your books automatically.
Is my data safe?
Every customer runs on a dedicated per-company cloud with data isolation and residency options — stronger than a shared multi-tenant pool. The platform is built to align with GDPR and modern data-protection laws (DPDP and similar), with encryption, role-based access control and a full audit trail on every action.
What languages does it support?
Infragence AI is multilingual and built for global construction groups — English, Hindi, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Bahasa and more — so a supervisor can send a voice note in their own language and it becomes a structured report.
How fast can we go live?
Onboarding is done-for-you and fast. The one-time setup provisions your dedicated cloud, trains the AI on your BOQs, cost codes, vendors and workflows, wires up WhatsApp and Telegram, maps the ERP feed and configures your command center — typically live in a matter of weeks, not months.
Are you SOC 2 certified?
Not yet, and we won't claim otherwise. Formal SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications are on our roadmap. Today we run dedicated per-company clouds, encryption, RBAC and audit logging, and we align to GDPR and modern data-protection law. We tell you exactly what we hold and what we're pursuing.
Does Infragence AI replace my ERP or accounting system?
No — and that's deliberate. Infragence AI runs your field and project operations and feeds prepared entries into the ERP you already use. You keep your books, your auditors keep their trail, and nobody is asked to rip and replace the system finance depends on.
Is pricing in USD? How does it work?
Yes, all pricing is in USD. One flat one-time setup fee of $1,200 for every plan. After that you pay per active project per month: Growth $300 (up to 2 projects), Starter $600 (up to 5, most popular), and Scale $1,200 (up to 15). Field users are always unlimited. Do you match the big enterprise construction platforms?
On capability, yes — field capture, project and document control, financials, quality and safety, bid and procurement, predictive analytics, 360 reporting, integrations and an AI copilot are all present today. Where we pull ahead is adoption (no app, WhatsApp-native), the ERP-feeder trust model (a human always posts), a dedicated per-company cloud, faster onboarding and transparent USD pricing.
What about helmet cameras and 3D / BIM?
Hardware helmet-camera progress capture and 3D / BIM as-built modeling with clash detection are on our roadmap — not live today. We flag roadmap items clearly and never present them as current capabilities.
